Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact me before sending anything back. I’ll provide you with the return instructions and explain the next steps.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom and personalised orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty, damaged or does not match the agreed customisation.
This includes orders with personalised details, custom colours, character changes, or other modifications made specifically at the customer’s request.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible and send me photos of the item and packaging.
I’ll work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement, remake or refund.
